Journal Policy

Publication Frequency

The IJRSS publishes articles bimonthly. All papers are published as soon as they have been accepted, by adding them to the "current" volume's Table of Contents.

The policy of peer review

The corresponding or submitting author submits the paper to the journal, usually via an online system. The Editorial office checks the paper’s composition and arrangement against the journal’s Author Guidelines to make sure it includes the required sections and stylizations.  The manuscripts submitted for publication to IJRSS are Cross-checked for Similarity Index using iThenticate. Manuscripts found to be plagiarized during initial stages are out-rightly rejected and not considered for publication in the journal.

The submitted papers should be original, unpublished, and not in consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission to the IJRSS journal. All paper submissions will be refereed in a double-blind review process by at least two international reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area. Each paper is reviewed by the appropriate member of the Editorial Board. If it is judged suitable for this publication, it is then sent to at least two independent referees for double-blind peer review. Based on the reviewer's recommendation, as well as consultation between Editorial Board members the editor decides whether the paper should be accepted as is, revised or rejected. If the reviewer asks for a revision of the paper, then the author should make the revision and the paper will be published after the reviewers' acceptance.

The reviewers will evaluate the submitted papers against the following checkpoints:

All papers will be subjected to evaluation for the Relevancy, structure, research
the method, ethical conducts, language standard, innovativeness, references, hypothesis, result
presentation, proficiency, format, amongst many other factors, are considered for the evaluation
process. The review process takes two weeks' duration depending on the availability of reviewers.
