Using a qualitative approach of the descriptive type, the purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of policies on the management of Migas Mandiri Pratama LTDEast Kalimantan based on the Regional Regulation of the Province of East Kalimantan Number 9 of 2018, as well as to describe and analyze the factors that support and impede the implementation of the policy. First, the implementation of policies on the management of Migas Mandiri Pratama LTD East Kalimantan based on Regional Regulation of the Province of East Kalimantan Number 9 of 2018 when viewed from the "policy content" indicator and "implementation environment" indicator has been successful, but there are still obstacles. Second, in the implementation of policies regarding the management of Migas Mandiri Pratama LTD East Kalimantan in accordance with the Regional Regulation of East Kalimantan Province Number 9 of 2018, there are supporting factors, namely already having complete regulations, providing adequate infrastructure, having sufficient business capital, having a harmonious working relationship between the implementers, and having a sufficient opportunity to expand the company's business network. There are still some inept company directors, some company trainers who do not get the notion of the corporation, interference from the interests of dishonest officials, and business competition between comparable companies.
