Society and state entail the laws and legislations for the protection of rights. In India's last 75 years of independence, the Constitutions, laws, and government decisions tended to ensure the rights and privileges of women. Along with the fundamental rights and different articles of the constitution, nineteen laws have been enacted to protect and preserve women's rights.
