This research is conclusive and classified in the type of causal research using a quantitative approach. Data were collected through an online census using a questionnaire instrument. Respondents involved were as many as 40 people. The respondents themselves are leaders or employees who are appointed as coordinators at KP-SPAMS, Tulungagung Regency, East Java Province. The data is processed using multiple linear regression equation approaches with the SPSS program as the processor.
